Woods withdrew from the Arnold Palmer Invitational this week, explaining that his absence is to help him prepare for a crack at The Masters in April.
While Woods’ career is seemingly on a decline — at least for now — McIlroy continues to build momentum on and off the course after a highly successful 2014.
